About the research
Why forensic procurement
Procurement is where public money meets private supply. Forensic procurement examines that meeting point with an investigator's eye: how tenders are designed, awarded and executed, where the process leaves evidence, and how irregularities, collusion and waste can be detected and prevented.
This site documents the doctoral work as it develops at Desh Bhagat University, Punjab, from coursework and the literature review through fieldwork, analysis and the final thesis.
